Global multinational engineering company Linde Group is a world-leading supplier of industrial, process and specialty gases. Two of its main divisions are BOC and ELGAS, which lead Australia in industrial gases and LPG respectively. 

In recognition of its high achievers and project groups, Linde holds a leadership conference at a select location each year, which includes the company’s prestigious annual awards, ‘The Lindies’. These awards celebrate the achievements of employees across multiple projects and departments nationwide, from internal leadership programs and company-led projects.  

The annual awards night is a standout occasion for the business as it is the once-a-year gathering of regional and metro teams, along with senior leadership. It is a highly anticipated event that plays an important role in celebrating achievements, boosting morale and reconnecting on the progress made against business objectives. 

The BOC Internal Marketing Communications team worked alongside ECHO Events to bring the 2025 event to life, attended by 180 people. The whole team worked seamlessly leading up to and including the event night.  

The scope of work included event branding and collateral (styling, décor and event registration) through to technical production (AV). ECHO also designed and coordinated the six presentations during the ceremony that announced a total of 14 awards.
